About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity" concerning liberalization of system of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles of the state supervision (control) in the field of economic activity" (Data of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2007, No. 29, Art. 389 with subsequent changes) the following changes:

1. In Article 1:

to add paragraph two after words of "executive bodies of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea" with words of "local administrations";

in paragraph three of the word "which are performed by conducting checks, audits, surveys, inspections and other actions" shall be replaced with words "are performed in the form of checks, audits, surveys, inspections and in other forms determined by the law";

after the paragraph of third to add with the new paragraph of such content:

"the integrated automated system of the state supervision (control) - the single automated system of collection, accumulating and systematization of information on measures of the state supervision (control) intended for generalization and promulgation of information on measures of the state supervision (control), coordination of work of state supervision bodies (control) on implementation of complex actions of the state supervision (control), monitoring of efficiency and legality of implementation of actions of the state supervision (control)".

With respect thereto the fourth - the seventh to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the fifth - the eighth;

to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:

"the risk - probability of emergence of negative effects from implementation of economic activity and the possible amount of losses from them, is measured in quantitative and qualitative indexes";

in paragraph eight of the word "members of public organizations" shall be replaced with words "public associations on behalf of their authorized representatives".
