Shall be replaced with words 1) in part three of Article 44 of the word of "interests of the state" "interests of the Russian Federation, subjects of the Russian Federation, municipalities, state and municipal unitary enterprises";
Shall be replaced with words 2) in part six of Article 246 of the word of "public or state interests" "public concerns, interests of the Russian Federation, subjects of the Russian Federation, municipalities, state and municipal unitary enterprises".
This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
