About introduction of amendments to the Law on civil aviation No. 1237-XIII of July 9, 1997

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

In the Law on civil aviation No. 1237-XIII of July 9, 1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 98-99, 292), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. In part (3) Article 4:

"r) representation to the Ministry of Transports and Road Infrastructure of offers on structure Organa of civil aviation and to payment terms of work of personnel according to provisions of the current legislation for their promotion and approval by the Government;".

3. In Article 6:

part (to state 1) in the following edition:

"(1) Regulations on the organization, functioning, structure and extreme number Organa of civil aviation affirms the Government.";
