1) in Item 3 parts 1.1 words of "the copy of the certificate on the property right" shall be replaced with words "statements from the Single state real estate register about the rights";
2) in Item 2 parts 1.3 words of "the copy of the certificate on the property right" shall be replaced with words "statements from the Single state real estate register about the rights".
This Federal Law becomes effective since January 1, 2017.
