About modification and amendments in some legal acts
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I. – Article 73 of the Law on environmental protection No. 1515-XII of June 16, 1993 (1993, No. 10, the Art. 283), with subsequent changes and amendments, after the words "except for" to add the monitor of Parliament of the Republic of Moldova with words "wine yeast the companies having the equipment for conversion of by-products of winemaking, tobacco vein by the companies having the equipment on conversion of tobacco vein by distention".
Art. II. – In the Law on production wastes and consumption No. 1347-XIII of October 9, 1997 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 16-17, 101), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following change and addition:
1. Item c) parts (articles 20 after the words "except for" to add 1) with words "wine yeast the companies having the equipment for conversion of by-products of winemaking, tobacco vein by the companies having the equipment on conversion of tobacco vein by distention".
2. State appendix 3 in the following edition:
