About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of procedure for passing of military service

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In Article 119 of the Labor code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of USSR, 1971, Appendix to No. 50, the Art. 375):

Part third to state 1) in the following edition:

"For the workers who are called up for compulsory military service, military service of faces of officers, military service on mobilization, for the special period or accepted on military service under the contract, including by the conclusion of the new contract for passing of military service, during action of the special period for a period of up to its termination or about day of the actual dismissal the place of employment, position and average earnings at the company, in organization, the organization, farm, agricultural production cooperative, irrespective of subordination and pattern of ownership and at physical persons entrepreneurs in whom they worked for appeal time remains. To such workers payment of cash cover at the expense of means of the Government budget of Ukraine according to the Law of Ukraine "About social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of their families" is performed;

Part the fourth to exclude 2);

Shall be replaced with words 3) in part five of the word "in parts three and the fourth" "in part three".

Part third of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About provision of pensions of persons discharged from military service and some other persons" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1992, No. 29, Art. 399; 2014, Art.
