2. Creation of dendrology parks and botanical gardens of regional value is performed by decisions of the supreme executive body of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation according to requirements, stipulated in Item the 6th article 2 of this Federal Law.";

"3. Tasks, functional zoning and features of the mode of special protection of the territory of each dendrology park or botanical garden are determined by regulations on this dendrology park or botanical garden.";
