Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of April 4, 2005 No. 32-FZ "About Public chamber of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2005, No. 15, Art. 1277; 2007, No. 27, Art. 3216; 2008, No. 24, Art. 2791; No. 52, Art. 6238; 2011, No. 19, Art. 2706; 2013, No. 30, Art. 4068; No. 52, Art. 7004) following changes:

Item 10 of part 2 of Article 4 to state 1) in the following edition:

"10) procedures of selection in the members of Public chamber of representatives of the all-Russian public associations, other non-profit organizations provided by parts 8, of the 9 and 12 article 8 of this Federal Law;";

2) in Article 8:

a) state part 8 in the following edition:

"8. No later than fifty days from the date of initiation by the President of the Russian Federation of the procedure of forming of new structure of Public chamber members of Public chamber of the acting structure, and also the members of Public chamber approved as the President of the Russian Federation together with members of Public chamber from public chambers of subjects of the Russian Federation of new structure form according to Regulations of Public chamber of the Russian Federation working group for the organization and carrying out tender on selection of forty three members of Public chamber from the all-Russian public associations and other non-profit organizations. Seven members of Public chamber of the acting structure, seven members of Public chamber from among the approved as the President of the Russian Federation and seven members of Public chamber from public chambers of subjects of the Russian Federation of new structure are part of the specified working group.";
