Item 7 to state 1) in the following edition:

"7) absence at the procurement participant - physical person or at the head, members of collegiate executive body, person performing functions of sole executive body, or the chief accountant of the legal entity - the procurement participant of criminal record for crimes in the field of economy and (or) the crimes provided by Articles 289, of 290, of 291, 291.1 Criminal Codes of the Russian Federation (except for persons at whom such criminal record is extinguished or removed), and also non-use concerning the specified physical persons of punishment in the form of deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or to be engaged in certain activities which are connected with delivery of goods, performance of work, rendering service, being subject to the conducted procurement, and administrative punishment in the form of disqualification;";

"7. 1) the procurement participant - the legal entity who within two years until application for participation in purchase was not brought to the administrative responsibility for making of administrative offense, the stipulated in Article 19.28 Russian Federation Codes of Administrative Offences;".
