Article 1

In part one of article 82.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 25, Art. 2954; 2011, No. 50, Art. 7362; No. 48, the Art. 6165) words "To the convict to the imprisonment recognized by the patient with drug addiction, which committed for the first time the crime provided by Article part one 228, part one of Article 231 and Article 233 of this Code" shall be replaced with words 2013, "To the convict to whom custodial sanction for crime execution is for the first time imposed, provided by Article part one 228, part one of Article 231 and Article 233 of this Code, recognized as the patient with drug addiction".

Article 2

In item 4 of part one of Article 398 of the Code of penal procedure of the Russian Federation (Russian Federation Code, 2001, No. 52, Art. 4921; 2003, No. 50, Art. 4847; 2009, No. 52, Art. 6453; 2010, No. 8, Art. 780; 2011, No. 50, Art. 7362; 2012, No. 10, of the Art. 1162) of the word "the convict to imprisonment for making for the first time of crimes," shall be replaced with words "the convict to whom custodial sanction for making of crimes is for the first time imposed,".

Article 3

This Federal Law becomes effective after ninety days after day of its official publication.
