About modification and amendments in the Law on ensuring activities of the President of the Republic of Moldova No. 1111-XIII of February 20, 1997
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
In the Law on ensuring activities of the President of the Republic of Moldova No. 1111-XIII of February 20, 1997 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1997, Art. No. 16-17, 180), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and addition:
1. In Article 12:
in Item c) to exclude the words "on challenge";
add Article with Item f) in the following edition:
"f) office and personal assistant.".
2. In Article 14 of the word "on challenge" to exclude.
3. State Article 15 in the following edition:
"Article 15. Providing with office and personal assistant
In case of the expiration of powers, resignation or final impossibility of performance of obligations are provided to person holding position of the President of the Republic of Moldova for the four-year period study and the personal assistant.".
