About entering of amendments into the Law on public finance and budget and tax responsibility No. 181 of July 25, 2014
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
In the Law on public finance and budget and tax responsibility No. 181 of July 25, 2014 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 223-230, 519), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following additions:
1. Add Article 44 with part (1-1) following contents:
"(1-1) use of money from the project accounts financed from the external sources provided by purpose according to agreements on financing, in others Is forbidden, than provided in the relevant agreements, the purposes.".
2. Add Article 62 with part (11) the following content:
