About modification and amendments in some legal acts

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. – In the Law on Service of the state protection No. 134-XVI of June 13, 2008 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 361-369, 673), with subsequent changes and amendments to make the following changes and additions:

1. Part (Article 1 to state 3) in the following edition:

"(3) the Service submits to the Government of the Republic of Moldova.".

2. In Article 6:
