In article 18 "Regulations on application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About registration at the place of residence and the place of stay", No. 773-IQ approved by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 8, 1999 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 1, Article 14; 2001, No. 11, Article 669; 2002, No. 5, Article 237; 2006, No. 6, Article 478; 2007, No. 8, Article 756, No. 11, Article 1075; 2008, No. 8, Article 701, No. 10, Article 886; 2009, No. 4, Article 211, No. 7, Article 519; 2010, No. 3, Article 171; 2013, No. 3, Article 230, No. 5, Article 471, No. 11, Articles 1297, 1310; 2014, No. 11, Article 1342) to make the following changes:

"The foreigners and stateless persons which are temporarily in the territory of the Azerbaijan Republic over 10 days shall be registered in the place of stay according to the procedure and terms, the stipulated in Clause 21 Migratory code of the Azerbaijan Republic.".

"Forms of the statement questionnaire (Appendix No. 6) about registration in the place of stay of the foreigner and stateless person can be received at relevant organ of the executive authority.".
