About modification and amendments in the Law on the entrepreneurial patent No. 93-XIV of July 15, 1998
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
In the Law on the entrepreneurial patent No. 93-XIV of July 15, 1998 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 72-73, 485), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:
1. Add Article 3 with part (6-2) following contents:
"(6-2) Implementation of the types of activity provided in line items 1.1 and 1.2 appendices to this law are allowed only within the trade markets created according to article 12 of the Law on domestic trade No. 231 of September 23, 2010.".
2. Add Article 4 with part (1-1) following contents:
"(1-1) Implementation of the types of activity provided in line items 1.1 and 1.2 appendices to this law is allowed till December 31, 2018 only to the patentees having for December 31, 2016 the patent for the corresponding type of activity.".
3. 1.1 and 1.2 appendices to state line items in the following edition:
