About modification and amendments in the Law on reorganization of degrees of jurisdiction No. 76 of April 21, 2016

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

In the Law on reorganization of degrees of jurisdiction No. 76 of April 21, 2016 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 184-192, 387) to make the following changes and additions:

1. Add Article 2 with part (5) the following content:

"(5) Reorganization of configuration of the Integrated management program cases concerning distribution of cases in degrees of jurisdiction will be performed in process of consolidation of locations of newly created courts.".

2. In Article 12:

in part (the words "till January 1, 2017" to exclude 5);

add Article with parts (6) and (7) the following content:

"(6) Before creation of conditions for functioning in the single location of the reorganized courts the action for declaration submitted by the claimant based on Articles 38 or 39 of the Code of civil procedure is considered by the judge or, on circumstances, the list of the judges performing the activities in the location of the relevant court.

(7) Before the termination of activities of Military court the compensation and other rights relying military and civil personnel are provided with the Ministry of Defence.".
