Persons to whom about day of entry into force of this Federal Law by court it was refused satisfaction of claims in connection with the expiration of ten-year terms, stipulated in Item 1 Articles 181, with Item 2 of Article 196 and Item 2 of Article 200 of the Civil code of the Russian Federation having the right to appeal court resolutions according to the procedure and terms which are established by the arbitral and civil procedural legislation of the Russian Federation.
