The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning technological connection of power receiving devices of consumers of electrical energy, facilities for production of electrical energy, and also the objects of electric grid economy belonging to the network organizations and other persons, to power networks in connection with establishment of the standardized tariff charges for technological accession, single for all territorial network organizations in the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation.
2. To Federal Antimonopoly Service in coordination with the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in 3-month time to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with the changes approved by this resolution.
