1. 2. Financing of the expenses connected with implementation of this resolution is performed by the Ministry of the Russian Federation for civil defense, to emergency situations and natural disaster response for the account and within the budgetary appropriations of the federal budget provided on the current content of Federal fire service of the Public fire service.

3. Determine that:

the changes approved by this resolution, except for the subitem "b" of Item 7 of the specified changes extend to the legal relationship which arose since May 23, 2016;

the subitem "b" of Item of 7 changes approved by this resolution extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2013.

Changes which are made to the Resolution of Council of Ministers - the Governments of the Russian Federation of September 22, 1993 No. 941

1. In the name of the word to "The public fire service" shall be replaced with words to "Federal fire service of the Public fire service".

2. In Item 1:

a) word in paragraph one of "The public fire service" shall be replaced with words "Federal fire service of the Public fire service";

b) word in paragraph four", the Public fire service" to exclude;

c) to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:

d) in the paragraph the thirteenth words", the Public fire service" to exclude;

e) in the paragraph the fourteenth words "The public fire service" shall be replaced with words "Federal fire service of the Public fire service";

e) in the paragraph the fifteenth words", the Public fire service" to exclude;

g) in paragraphs the sixteenth and seventeenth shall be replaced with words words of "The public fire service" "Federal fire service of the Public fire service";

h) the eighteenth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"operating time in Federal fire service of the Public fire service (The public fire service of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for civil defense, to emergency situations and natural disaster response, the Ministries of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, fire-proof and rescue services, fire protection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs), directly prior to their appointment to the positions replaced by faces of the private and the commanding structure and the military personnel of Federal fire service of the Public fire service (faces of the private and the commanding structure and the military personnel of the Public fire service, fire-proof and rescue services, fire protection);";

i) add with the paragraph of the following content:

3. Add with Item 1 (3) the following content:

"1(3). In length of service for award of pension to faces of the private and the commanding structure of Federal fire service of the Public fire service, dismissed from service since May 23, 2016, in addition to the periods specified in Item 1 of this resolution are set off in calendar calculation:

the period of suspension of service by the employee of Federal fire service of the Public fire service according to part 1 of article 37 of the Federal law "About Service in Federal Fire Service of the Public Fire Service and Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation";

period of substitution by the citizen of the state positions of the Russian Federation;

the period of substitution by the citizen of positions in bodies and the organizations of prosecutor's office of the Russian Federation and bodies and organizations of prosecutor's office of USSR on which assignment of class ranks is provided;

the period of substitution by the citizen of positions in customs authorities of the Russian Federation, investigating bodies and organizations of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation on which assignment of special ranks is provided;

period of work as the judge.".

4. In Item 2:

a) in paragraphs second and third words of "The public fire service" to exclude;

b) add with paragraphs of the following content:

"In length of service for award of pension to faces of the private and the commanding structure of Federal fire service of the Public fire service to set off time (no more than five years) of their training before revenues to service in the educational organizations for the main educational programs of secondary professional education (except for programs of training of skilled workers, employees) or the higher education (except for programs of training of research and educational personnel in postgraduate study (graduate military course), programs of internship, programs of assistantship training) in internal, intramural and extramural or correspondence form on condition of completion of development of the specified educational programs and receipt of appropriate level of education, estimated at the rate of two months of training in one month of service, - concerning the employees of Federal fire service of the Public fire service who arrived on service till May 23, 2016.

5. In Item 3:

a) word in paragraph one of "The public fire service" shall be replaced with words "Federal fire service of the Public fire service";

b) in the subitem "b":
