1) in Item 5:

a) state subitem 1 in the following edition:

"1) crude oil with viscosity in bedded conditions at least 10 000 millipaskal-seconds for the term of 120 consecutive calendar months from start date of application of rate of the export customs duty calculated using the specified person of formula, but no later than deadline - on January 1, 2023 if other is not stipulated in Item 5.1 these Articles;";

b) in the subitem to replace 3 figures of "0,8" with figures of "0,75";

To add 2) with Item 5.1 of the following content:

"5.1. The deadline of application of rate of export customs duty on crude oil is not established concerning the crude oil specified in the subitem 1 of Item 5 of this Article got from specific deposit of the specific field of hydrocarbonic raw material in case of observance of one of the following conditions:

the amount of the cumulative oil extraction got from the corresponding deposit of hydrocarbonic raw material for January 1, 2015 shall be no more than 1000 tons and degree of clarity of inventories of oil extracted from the corresponding deposit of hydrocarbonic raw material, according to data of the state stock balance of minerals as of January 1, 2015 makes no more than 1 percent;
