1) in Item 1 of Article 21:

a) add with the new paragraph the fortieth the following content:

"establishes features of functioning of subjects of the retail markets of electrical energy (capacity) in the territories of the Far Eastern Federal District in technologically isolated territorial electric utility systems and in the territories which are technologically not connected with Power pool system of Russia and technologically isolated territorial electric utility systems for the purpose of achievement in these territories of the basic levels of the prices (rates) for electrical energy (capacity) planned for the next period of regulation;";
