Article 1

"Article 104. Statistics of mutual trade with state members of the Eurasian Economic Union

1. The statistics of mutual trade of the Russian Federation with state members of the Eurasian Economic Union is conducted based on the data specified in statistical form of accounting of movement of goods and other sources of information.

2. The Russian person who concluded the bargain or from name (according to the order) which the bargain according to which goods are imported into the Russian Federation from the territories of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union is concluded or are exported from the Russian Federation in the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, and in the absence of such transaction the Russian person who has at the time of obtaining (when importing) or shipments (when exporting) goods right of possession, uses and (or) orders of the specified goods, shall represent statistical form of accounting of movement of goods to customs authority.

3. Procedure for maintaining statistics of mutual trade of the Russian Federation with state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, and also the statistical form of accounting of movement of goods and the rule of its filling are determined by the Government of the Russian Federation.".
