About the single collection levied at check points (control Items) through frontier of Ukraine

Article 1. Single collection is established concerning vehicles of the domestic and foreign owners determined by article 5 of this Law which cross frontier of Ukraine, and levied for journey of vehicles by highways of Ukraine and for journey of automotive vehicles with exceeding of the established sizes of lump, axial loadings and (or) dimensional parameters, and also for carrying out at check points (control Items) through frontier of Ukraine according to the Customs code of Ukraine and other laws of Ukraine of actions of official control (including in the form of preliminary documentary control) in case of commodity importation on customs area of Ukraine (including for the purpose of transit).

Single collection is levied once depending on the movement mode (import, transit) according to the single payment document depending on type, capacity or the lump of vehicles.

Article 2. Rates of single collection are established by this Law in euro and cannot change within fiscal year.

Single collection is levied in national currency of Ukraine on official (exchange) rate of the National Bank of Ukraine on the date of payment of this collection.

The procedure for collection of single collection is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

It is forbidden to levy at check points through frontier of Ukraine the charges which are not provided by this Law.

Single collection includes the cost of the costs connected with:

recovery of highways;

implementation by authorized bodies at check points (control Items) through frontier of Ukraine of phytosanitary, veterinary and sanitary and state control of compliance with law about foodstuff, sterns, by-products of animal origin, health and wellbeing of animals, in the amount of, not exceeding the amount of payment for conducting verification of documents on goods and the vehicle (container);
