About introduction of amendments to the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 6, 2013 No. 210

Being guided by requirements of Article 1087 of the Civil code of Ukraine and according to Articles 15, of 33, "About the National Bank of Ukraine" the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides 40 and 56 Laws of Ukraine:

1. Bring in the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 6, 2013 No. 210 "About limiting establishment of the amount of payments with cash", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 2, 2013 at No. 1109/23641, the following changes:

1) in Item 1:

third to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"Between physical person and the company (entrepreneur) within one day in the amount of 50000 (fifty thousand) hryvnias";

in paragraph four of figure and the word "150000 (hundred fifty thousand)" to replace with figures and the words "50000 (fifty thousand)";

To replace 2) in Item 2 of figure "150000" with figures "50000".

2. To department of currency circulation (Zayvenko V. P.) to bring contents of this resolution to the attention of banks of Ukraine for use in work.

3. To information directorate and public communications (Bondarenko N. M.) to place this resolution on the page of Official Internet representative office of the National Bank of Ukraine and to provide informing the public through mass media.
