About modification of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

Make changes to item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 54, the Art. 1455, No. 85, Art. 2412; 2015., No. 6, Art. 127, No. 30, Art. 881, No. 40, Art. 1218, No. 59, Art. 1943, No. 72, Art. 2368; 2016, to No. 2, the Art. 110, No. 21, the Art. 829, No. 42, the Art. 1578, No. 73, the Art. 2463, No. 82, the Art. 2707), - with the changes made by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 9, 2016 No. 806, having stated subitems 24 and 26 in the following edition:

"Performs 24) within the powers provided by the law, according to the procedure, determined by the legislation, coordination of activities of the ministries, other central executive bodies, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the ministries and other executive bodies of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, local public administrations, and also state companies, organizations, organizations and the national economic associations, educational institutions concerning legal formation of the population, gives them necessary methodical assistance;";

"26) participates in informing citizens on their rights and freedoms, legal policy of the state, the projects implementation connected with legal formation of the population;".

2. To the Ministry of Justice in three-months time from the date of entry into force of this resolution to bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
