Some questions of customs clearance of goods

It agrees статям 79 and 83 Customs codes of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Determine that the simplified procedure for customs clearance of the goods specified in Article 79 of the Customs code of Ukraine is applied under following conditions:

availability of the statement of the interested person concerning registration of goods in the simplified procedure and its obligation to submit to customs authority for 30 days the customs declaration;

the customs applicant has no opportunity to perform in case of first-priority customs clearance of declaring in the established form for three hours;

the customs has no opportunity to perform in case of first-priority customs clearance such registration in full for three hours;

the customs has sufficient information about the sender or the receiver for decision making about application of the simplified procedure for customs clearance;

implementation of the goods of types of control provided in time of movement is coordinated by customs authority and does not increase time of customs clearance over three hours;

the customs authority has possibility of reliable identification of goods which move through customs border of Ukraine.

The paragraph of the eighth of Item of the first is excluded according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 05.10.2011 No. 1016
