1. State Article 12 in the following edition:
"Article 12. Participation of members of the Federation Council in activities of the supervisory boards of the organizations created by the Russian Federation based on the Federal Laws, other bodies and the organizations

Members of the Federation Council according to the decision of chamber can participate as representatives of the Federation Council in activities of the supervisory boards of the organizations created by the Russian Federation based on the Federal Laws, other bodies and the organizations. The relevant decision is made based on representation of special-purpose committee of the Federation Council.
2. The procedure for participation of representatives of the Federation Council in work of government commission on investigation of origins of circumstances of extreme nature and liquidation of their effects is regulated by Article 73 of these Regulations.".
