The line item of the member of council of chamber on each question goes it to the Federation Council to the special e-mail address. At the regular meeting of Council of chamber the decision made by poll is brought to the attention of members of council of chamber.
3. Statements and appeals of Council of chamber are accepted according to the procedure, provided for decision making of Council of chamber.
