1. In the Instruction about procedure for creation and provision by banks of the report on cash statistics approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 255 of November 17, 2011 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2011, No. 206-215, of the Art. 1833), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) Item 3 the subitem 1), the subitem b) to state in the following edition:

"b) Banks and other financial institutions include the following components:

– banks - the legal entities corresponding to determination "bank" according to article 2 of the Law on National Bank of Moldova No. 548-XIII of July 21, 1995;
