About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446 "About some questions of the Ministry of Health and measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 11, 2011 No. 360" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 123, 5/34683; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 14.07. 2012, 5/35958; 13:08. 2014, 5/39243; 27.11. 2014, 5/39731):
to state subitem 4.3 of item 4 in the following edition:
"4.3. organization of ensuring sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population and holding actions for ensuring sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population;";
in Item 8:
add Item with subitem 8.31-2 of the following content:
"8.31-2. issues permissions to implementation of works with opportunistic microorganisms and pathogenic biological agents;";
in paragraph six of subitem 8.32 of the word "Ministry of Trade" shall be replaced with words "The ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade";
state subitems 8.33-8.33-2 in the following edition:
"8.33. establishes procedure for carrying out the state sanitary and epidemiologic regulation;
8.33-1. determines:
order of registration organizations of health care of cases of infectious diseases, suspicions of infectious diseases;
procedure for carrying out risk analysis;
