About approval of the Instruction about procedure for creation and provision of reports on the interest rates applied by banks of the Republic of Moldova

According to Item (1) Articles 11, the subitem c) Item (1) article 72 of the Law No. 548-XIII of July 21, 1995 on National Bank of Moldova (republished in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2015, No. 297-300, by the Art. 544) with subsequent changes and amendments and according to Item (1) article 37 of the Law on financial institutions No. 550-XIII of the July 21, 1995 (republished in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2011, No. 78-81, by the Art. 199) with subsequent changes and amendments, the Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova DECIDES:

1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for creation and provision of reports on the interest rates applied by banks of the Republic of Moldova (according to appendix).

2. Cancel:

a) The resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 304 of December 22, 2011 about approval of the Instruction about the reporting under the interest rates applied by banks of the Republic of Moldova (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2011, No. 238-242, the Art. 2151).

b) The resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 242 of October 23, 2012 about modification and amendments in the Instruction about the reporting under the interest rates applied by banks of the Republic of Moldova (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2012, No. 229-233, the Art. 1314).

3. This resolution is published in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova and becomes effective since January 1, 2017.
