About reorganization of the state company "Kyrgyz Complex Hydrogeological Expedition" under the State committee of the industry, power and subsurface use of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of optimization of activities of the state company "Kyrgyz Complex Hydrogeological Expedition" under the State committee of the industry, power and subsurface use of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to Articles 92-94 of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic, articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Reorganize the state company "Kyrgyz Complex Hydrogeological Expedition" under the State committee of the industry, power and subsurface use of the Kyrgyz Republic by accession to it of the state company "Sokuluksky Hydrogeological Batch" and the state company "Osh Hydrogeological Batch".

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 23.04.2021 No. 170

3. To the state committee of the industry, power and subsurface use of the Kyrgyz Republic in three-months time to approve transfer acts of the reorganized legal entities specified in Item 1 of this resolution and to take other measures following from this resolution.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of the industry, fuel and energy complex and subsurface use of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

5. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
