4. To provide to chiefs of territorial subdivisions of customs authorities of the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan execution of this order.
5. I reserve control of execution of this order.
6. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of the first official publication in mass media.
