According to the solution of the Board of directors of the Bank of Russia (the minutes of the Board of directors of the Bank of Russia of March 4, 2016 No. 5) to bring in the Instruction of the Bank of Russia of December 3, 2012 No. 2923-U "About disclosure and submission of consolidated financial statements by parent credit institutions of banking groups", registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on December 20, 2012 No. 26213, on November 29, 2013 No. 30495 ("the Bulletin of the Bank of Russia" of December 26, 2012 No. 75, of December 10, 2013 No. 71), the following changes:

in paragraph four of Item 1 of the word "once in half a year" to replace with the word "quarterly";

add Item 2 with paragraphs of the following content:

"The annual consolidated financial statements reveal no later than 150 calendar days in time after the termination of year for which this reporting is constituted.

The intermediate consolidated financial statements reveal no later than 60 calendar days in time after the reporting period for which this reporting is constituted.".

2. This Instruction becomes effective after 10 days after day of its official publication <1>.
