About approval of Rules of decision making of customs authority on classification of goods and its form

According to Article 46 of the Customs code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of decision making of customs authority on classification of goods and its form.

2. To provide to management of the customs income of the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Zhanarbayev N. S.) state registration of this order.

3. To management of organizational work and control of the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Makhambetov K. I.) provide official publication of this order in mass media.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman of the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten days from the date of its first official publication.
