1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine of September 25, 2012 No. 579 "About approval of the Procedure for purchase of services in performance of works on land management, assessment of lands and determination of the contractor of the land biddings on competitive basis", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 26, 2012 for No. 1655/21967.

2. To provide to department of agriculture and technical policy in the AIC in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Minister M. Martynyuk.
