About modification of the "Regulations on the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on town planning and architecture" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of November 9, 2007 No. 647

Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, for the purpose of providing the organization and functioning of unified information system of town-planning and construction activities, I decide:

1. Add the "Regulations on the State committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on town planning and architecture" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of November 9, 2007 No. 647 ("Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2007, No. 11, Article 1095; 2009, No. 12, Article 983; 2011, No. 2, Article 85; The Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of November 23, 2016 No. 1124) Item 8.18-1 of the following content:

"8.18-1. Organize single system of information support of town-planning and construction activities for the republic and provide its functioning".

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic to resolve other issues following from this Decree.
