1. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship of May 07, 2009 No. 88 "About the organization of accomplishment of separate provisions of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2009", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 01, 2009 on No. 479/16495.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to development department of entrepreneurship and regulatory policy submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.
