For the purpose of realization of provisions of the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges" regarding providing to members of Public council of virtue of free and full access to open state registers, according to Items 3 and 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 2, 2014 No. 228, I order:

1. To add Item 1 of the Section VI of the Procedure for provision of data from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of June 10, 2016 No. 1657/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 10, 2016 for No. 839/28969, after words of "their officials" with the words "or other persons determined by the law".

2. To department of private law () submit A.N. Ferens this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
