About modification of the Regulations on Committee on physical training and sport of the Ministry of Education and Science

1. Bring in the Regulations on Committee on physical training and sport of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine of June 20, 2013 No. 808, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 10, 2013 for No. 1163/23695, such changes:

Item 2 after words "state budget" to add 1) with the word "non-profitable";

2) to add the Provision with new Item 14 of the following content:

"14. The committee shall adhere to requirements of Item 7 of the Procedure for maintaining the Register of non-profitable organizations and the organizations, inclusion of the non-profitable companies, organizations and organizations in the Register and exceptions of the Register approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 13, 2016 No. 440".

With respect thereto Items 14 - 16 to consider respectively Items 15 - 17.

2. To provide to committee on physical training and sport of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine (Stetsenko V.) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
