1. Declare invalid the decision of the National commission on questions of regulation of communication of Ukraine of August 02, 2007 No. 875 "About approval of the Regulations on the State inspection of communication", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 21, 2007 on No. 964/14231 (with changes).
2. To submit to legal support department in the procedure established by the legislation this decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
