About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 31, 2013 No. 761

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 31, 2013 No. 761 "About approval of the list of the services which are directly connected with services which are rendered within the licensed activities by registrars, depositaries, including specialized depositaries and the central depositary, the dealers, brokers managing securities, managing companies of investment funds, mutual investment funds and non-state pension funds, the clearing organizations, organizers of trade which implementation is exempted from taxation on value added" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 36, Art. 4588; 2014, No. 13, Art. 1472).

2. This resolution becomes effective after one month from the date of its official publication and not earlier than the 1st of the next tax period on the value added tax.
