About approval of Bases of state policy of regional development of the Russian Federation for the period until 2025
According to part 6 of article 20 of the Federal Law of June 28, 2014 No. 172-FZ "About strategic planning in the Russian Federation" I decide :
1. Approve the enclosed Bases of state policy of regional development of the Russian Federation for the period until 2025.
2. Federal executive bodies, plenipotentiaries of the President of the Russian Federation in federal districts and public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation shall be guided by Bases of state policy of regional development of the Russian Federation for the period until 2025 in case of the solution of tasks of social and economic development of subjects of the Russian Federation.
3. To the government of the Russian Federation annually, since 2017, no later than December 20 to represent to the President of the Russian Federation the report on results of implementation of Bases of state policy of regional development of the Russian Federation for the period till 2025.
4. Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of June 3, 1996 No. 803 "About Basic provisions of regional policy in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, No. 23, Art. 2756) shall be recognized as invalid.
5. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.
