1. Bring in appendices 4 and 5 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 2013 No. 950 "About approval of inventories which export and import is subject to licensing, and quotas for 2014" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 3, of the Art. 67) the following changes:
1) the second offer of Item 1 of notes to appendix 4 to state in the following edition: "In the absence of ozone-depleting substances in the goods specified in the list, the customs clearance is performed without license.";
The first offer of footnote "*" to appendix 5 to exclude 2).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication.
