About introduction of temporary ban on fuel oil export
According to Article 8 of the Customs code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 5, 2003 the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Prohibit till March 1, 2006 export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan of fuel oil (the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity code 2710 19 610 0 - 2710 19 690 0).
2. To the Customs Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take necessary measures for accomplishment of Item 1 of this resolution.
3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan to notify in accordance with the established procedure Integration committee of Eurasian economic community on introduction of fuel oil export ban by the Republic of Kazakhstan according to Item 1 of this resolution.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan the School student of B. C.
5. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after its first official publication.
