1. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of January 27, 2004 No. 04/42 "About approval of the Procedure for control of observance of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity concerning development, production, production, storage, transportation, acquisition, transfer, import, export, leave, destruction of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 4, 2004 at No. 150/8749.

2. To development department of entrepreneurship and regulatory policy of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine (Semenikhin V. A.) provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine and the deputy minister of health care of Ukraine according to distribution of obligations.
