About modification of the "Disciplinary charter of employees of the railway companies of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 24, 2011 No. 102

Being guided by the eighth paragraph of article 119 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides:

Make the following changes to the "Disciplinary charter of employees of the railway companies of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 24, 2011 No. 102 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2011, No. 6, Article 574; 2013, No. 5, Article 572):

1. in Item 4.33 the word "Claim" shall be replaced with words "Except as specified decision makings about suspension of execution of authority punishment based on 4.33-1 Items of this Charter, the claim".

2. Add with Item 4.33-1 of the following content:

"4.33-1. In case of submission of the claim, the question connected with suspension of execution of administrative punishment concerning which the complaint is made based on the statement of the interested person or at the initiative of the instance of the claim on service duty is considered by instance of the claim without delay and about it the relevant decision is passed.".
