1. Declare invalid the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power, of September 6, 2012 No. 1164 "About approval of the Standard agreement on distribution of natural gas", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 26, 2012 for No. 1654/21966.
2. On regulation of the relations in the oil and gas sphere to provide to department submission of this resolution in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power and utilities of January 22, 2015 No. 33 "About approval of the Standard agreement on distribution of natural gas", but not earlier than day of its official publication.
