About change of Regulations on open foreign exchange position of bank

Based on part (1) Art. 11 and the item c) parts (1) Art. 27 of the Law on National Bank of Moldova No. 548-XIII of July 21, 1995 (переопубликован: Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2015, Art. 1. In appendix No. 2 to the Regulations on open foreign exchange position of bank approved by Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova, the protocol No. 41 of November 28, 1997 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1999, No. 112-114, of the Art. 198), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:

1) In Item 6.2-1 after the subitem b) to add with the paragraph of the following content:

"The condition provided in the subitem b), is not applied in case of these transactions / transactions between licensed banks, and also between licensed banks and National Bank of Moldova.".

2) In Item 7:

a) in subitem 1.1.12 "2364, 2365, 2366, 2367, 2368, 2369," to exclude the text;

b) in subitems 1.1.8 and 1.1.9 the second to state part in the following edition:

"2224, 2226, 2231, 2237, 2238, 2251, 2258, 2274, 2275, 2291.".

2. This resolution becomes effective on January 1, 2017.
