About modification and amendments in some regulations of National Bank of Moldova

No. 78-81, 199), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova

1. In the Instruction about procedure for creation and provision of reports by banks in the prudential purposes approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of National Bank of Moldova No. 279 of December 1, 2011 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2011, No. 216 - 221, Art. 2008), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) In Item 1:

a) the text "the banks which are subject to supervision" to replace with the text "the licensed banks and branches of foreign banks which are subject to supervision"

b) the subitem l) to consider invalid;

c) add with the subitem x) the following content:

"x) The operations statement with cash (appendix No. 24)".

To add 2) After Item 1 with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1. In sense of this instruction concept "bank" includes also branches of foreign banks if according to the procedure of creation of the report other is not provided.".
